Trailord Pty Ltd of South Africa has been nominated for a trailer design focused on reducing weight and improving transport economy.
The trailer can also be driven on roads of uneven surfaces where they are subjected to very heavy wear and high stresses. An entirely new chassis design has enabled Trailord Pty to eliminate the risk of high fatigue problems in the load bearing framework, which is now made from extra high strength steel.
