Inspiration Day

Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center – May 11.

The Inspiration Day in Stockholm is all about inspiring you to different views on transformation and innovation – the Shift, which is what we have chosen to call this day. The program holds three perspectives; global, business and individual – presented through inspiration seminars, interviews and panel discussions. You will meet international external key note speakers, representatives from SSAB and many more. Also, the Swedish Steel Prize 2023 finalists will be presented and interviewed. Speed skater Nils van der Poel is the reigning World and Olympic champion and record holder. He is known for his extreme training schedules with focus on long, low-intensity aerobic training. After his gold medals at the 2022 Olympics, he published his training manifesto and workout journal, hoping it would help others develop the sport and his method. ”The weakest link in my sports career was always my lack of motivation. What kept me from succeeding was primarily my reluctance to do so.” Nils' inspiring story is about how to come to terms with your driving forces, how to master them, and how to reach your goals.
